This 30-day happiness guarantee applies to orders of $50 or less for standard BeaconFound QR tag packs. Return requests for larger orders or custom products will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total.

No, you don't need to return the physical tags. Once we process your refund, the tags will be deactivated from our system.
